Back by popular demand, The Lab at Ada's presents The Science of Sourdough!

Ada’s Head Baker, Helen Lim, will walk you through the history and science behind one of the world’s oldest and most venerated baking traditions. Attendees will learn and taste in a fun, friendly-to-all environment. At the end of the night, you’ll take your own sourdough starter home to begin a new exciting tradition of your own! We’ll also give you the recipes and tools needed to bake your own loaves and other goods with confidence.

Tickets are $20 (includes tasting of four types of homemade sourdough, supplies, and sourdough starter to take home)
